This trek provides you an opportunity to explore the unique and age-old bon Buddhist practices in different monasteries. Lower Dolpo is one of the few remaining places where this religion is practiced. This region consists of more Tibetan people than that of Nepali people. This trek is packed with beautiful nature including Shey Phoksundo lake, unique culture and religions, hospitality of the locals and the quiet trails of the Dolpa district.     Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj. Over night at Nepalgunj.

  • Fly to Juphal(2400m) trek to Dunai (2110m) 4 hours max.

  • Trek Dunai to Sahartara (2440m) 5 - 6 hours.

  • Trek from Sahartara to Lahini (3150m) 6 – 7 hours.

  • Trek from Lahini to Pigo Cave (3450m) 6 – 7 hours.

  • Trek from Pigo Cave to Dho-Tarap (4040m) 6 hours.

  • Rest and exploration Day. Visit the Local monasteries and other scenic sites.

  • Trek from Dho-Tarap to Numa-La High Camp (4595m) 6 hours.

  • Trek to Baga-la phedi (4800m) via Numa-la Pass (5163m) 6hours.

  • Trek to Pelungtang Kharka (4465m) via Baga-la Pass (5070m) 6 hours.

  • Trek to Shey-Phoksundo Lake (3600m) 6 hours.

  • Rest and exploration Day.

  • Trek From Shey-Phoksundo to Sepka (2640m) 7 hours.

  • Trek from Sepka to Suligad (2085m) 5 hours.

  • Trek from Suligad to Juphal (2400m) 3 hours.
