Description

Climbing the fourth highest mountain in the world is no joke. You will come across many difficulties, adventures and scenic views. The lhotse expedition is a great package for people who like the thrill, adventure and beautiful views. The climbing route for the Lhotse Expedition follows the same route as the climb on Everest though the permit fees for climbing lhotse is lower than that of everest. Lhotse expedition is a great alternative to the Everest expedition, since the permit fees are much lower although offering a similar climb. The Everest expedition and Lhotse expedition are connected by the south col, hence climbing Lhotse can be done as an add on during an Everest expedition as well. 

The whole expedition will last for 55 days. Kathmandu being the starting and ending point of the whole journey. You will also get to visit the famous Namche bazar, filled with beautiful traditional tea houses, as well as the main Buddhist center in the region – the Tengboche Monastery. Although the lhotse expedition is not quite as popular as the Everest expedition, lhotse expedition sure will provide you with just as much thrill and adventure as the Everest expedition.
